The Kauri timber used to create this item has been
reclaimed from the swamps and farmland of Northland, New Zealand.
It has been carefully selected for grain and
shape, in a wide range of colours from the dark browns of 30,000 years
old preserved swamp Kauri to the golden yellow of 200 years old timber.
These slices of New Zealand history have been finished with the very best
heat and water resistant modern or wax finishes to ensure they give you
pleasure for years to come.
